Motorcycle Accident Lawyers
Riders get blamed for crashes they didn't cause, and insurers count on that bias to cut claims. When a driver turns left in front of you, changes lanes without looking or pulls out from a side street, we push back with the evidence and handle the insurance company for you.

FAQ
Common Questions
What if I wasn't wearing a helmet?
Helmet laws vary by state. Not wearing one does not mean you can't recover, but in some states the insurer may argue it made injuries worse. Tell us the details and we'll explain how it affects your case.
The driver says they didn't see me. Does that matter?
Not seeing a motorcycle is not an excuse. Drivers have a duty to look for every vehicle on the road. 'I didn't see him' is often an admission that they didn't look.
What if I was partly at fault?
In most states you can still recover, reduced by your share of fault. The rules vary by state, so don't admit fault and let us look at the evidence.
How much does it cost?
Nothing upfront. There is no attorney's fee unless we recover for you. Clients may still be responsible for court costs and case expenses.
